This Operation Policy sets out, pursuant to the Terms of Service, the standards to be observed when using the Inflip service and the measures taken when they are violated. Please observe them together so that all Members can trade and communicate with peace of mind.
1. Standards for Registering IP Products
IP That May Be Registered
IP that the Member has the right to license, such as the Member's own name, brand, likeness (photographs), videos, voice and appearances
Where there is another right holder, such as an agency or co-creator, IP for which that right holder's permission has been obtained
IP That May Not Be Registered
IP to which the Member has no rights, such as another person's name, photographs, videos, voice, trademarks or characters
IP that may not be licensed to others due to contracts with an agency or advertiser or otherwise
IP containing obscene material, illegally filmed material or content harmful to minors
IP connected to illegal activities such as gambling, illegal finance, narcotics or weapons
Standards for Writing Product Information
Contract terms, such as the scope of use, period, territory, exclusivity, prohibited industries and measures upon violation, must be stated truthfully and clearly so as not to mislead Buyers.
Follower counts, career history, collaboration history and the like must not be exaggerated or stated falsely.
Product descriptions must not include contact information, external payment methods or the addresses of other trading sites.
The Company reviews registered IP products and, if they do not meet the standards, rejects them or suspends their sale and notifies the reason. The Company may request materials proving the relevant rights where necessary.
2. Transaction Standards
Prohibition of direct transactions outside the service: Members must not exchange payment with, or solicit such exchange from, a counterparty met through the service without going through the service. The Company cannot protect transactions conducted outside the service.
Compliance with contract terms: Buyers must use the IP only within the scope stated in the License, and for contracts requiring prior approval, must obtain the Seller's approval before execution.
Faithful performance: Sellers must issue the License without delay after the deposit is confirmed and must perform the appearances, provision of materials and other obligations promised in the contract.
Honest royalty reporting: Members must not under-report sales or delay reports.
Return of Settlement Amounts: If a refund is decided after a settlement has been paid, the Seller must return the Settlement Amount within the notified deadline.
3. Community Standards
The community is a space where verified influencers communicate anonymously. Even though posts are anonymous, the following posts may not be uploaded.
Category | Examples |
|---|---|
Advertising and spamming | Commercial promotion, inducing sign-ups to other services, repeated posting of the same content |
Profanity, hate and harassment | Profanity, disparagement, hate speech against specific groups, harassment or ostracism targeting specific individuals |
Obscene and inappropriate content | Obscene material, sexually suggestive or violent content, offensive images |
Exposure of personal information | Disclosing another person's real name, contact information, address, account and the like without that person's consent, or tracking or identifying anonymous authors |
Illegal activity and fraud | Trading illegal goods or services, fraud, buying or selling accounts or followers, defamation, copyright infringement |
4. Chat Standards
Please use chat for conversations relating to transactions and collaboration. Members must not engage in spam or advertising, profanity or slander, or attempted fraud.
Members must not continue to contact a counterparty who does not wish to be contacted, or demand external contact information or external payment.
Members may block unwanted counterparties, and may not engage in 1:1 chat, purchases or Terms Negotiation with a blocked counterparty. Transaction chats for transactions already in progress are maintained for the purpose of processing those transactions.
Chat contents are retained for the purpose of dispute resolution, and may be reviewed by the operator when a report or dispute is received.
5. Sponsorship Standards
The registrant of a Sponsorship must state truthfully what is offered, the location, the application requirements and the missions, and must provide what was promised to approved applicants.
Applicants must faithfully perform the missions of an approved Sponsorship and must clearly indicate the economic interest, such as "Sponsored" or "Advertisement", in posts for which a Sponsorship was received.
Sponsorships involving illegal goods or services, content whose advertising is restricted under relevant laws such as the Medical Service Act and the Act on Labeling and Advertising of Foods, or requests for false or exaggerated reviews may not be registered.
6. SNS Verification Standards
Only channels operated by the Member personally may be verified.
If it is confirmed that followers were purchased or increased fraudulently by automated programs or the like, the verification may be cancelled and use may be restricted.
7. Reports and Handling
Posts, chats and Members that violate the Operation Policy may be reported using the service's reporting function. A single person may not report the same target more than once.
The Company reviews the content of reports and takes action, and does not automatically hide content merely because reports have accumulated.
When a post is deleted, the author is notified of the reason. The information of the reporting Member is not disclosed to the person reported.
Please submit reports of rights infringement (defamation, infringement of copyright or portrait rights, etc.) to the Customer Center (1:1 Inquiry) together with materials confirming that you are the right holder. The Company takes necessary measures, such as temporarily blinding the relevant post, in accordance with relevant laws.
8. Measures Upon Violation
Taking into account the severity, frequency, intent and extent of damage of a violation, the Company may take the following measures in stages or in combination.
Stage | Measure |
|---|---|
Stage 1 | Warning — notified together with deletion of the violating post, or rejection or suspension of sale of the IP product |
Stage 2 | 7-day suspension of use |
Stage 3 | 30-day suspension of use |
Stage 4 | Permanent suspension of use |
In the following cases, use may be permanently suspended immediately regardless of stage, and the matter will be reported to investigative authorities where necessary.
Where serious harm is caused to other Members, such as through fraud or the misappropriation of another person's IP, account or SNS channel
Where the conduct constitutes a crime, such as distribution of obscene or illegally filmed material
Where a person re-registers with another account to evade a suspension of use
If a Seller does not return a Settlement Amount by the return deadline, access will be suspended in accordance with the Terms of Service until the return is confirmed.
Even if use is suspended, transactions already in progress continue to be processed in accordance with the Terms of Service, and the public IP products and profile of the suspended Member are not displayed.
9. Objections
A Member who objects to a measure may file an objection with the Customer Center (1:1 Inquiry) within 30 days from the date on which the Member was notified of the measure. The Company reviews the objection and notifies the result, and if the objection is justified, immediately lifts the measure and restores deleted posts to the extent possible.
