Find IP and order
How to check the terms for each right and place an order.
Explore IP
Use Explore IP at the top to find the IP you want by category or search. On a seller's profile, you can also see their other listings.
How to read the terms
Each right sold in a listing has its own set of terms, and even within the same right, prices vary by period and options. Be sure to check the terms below before ordering.
- Usage period — 1, 3, 6, or 12 months (one-off rights like appearances have no period)
- Usage region — Korea only or global
- Exclusivity — non-exclusive / category exclusive / fully exclusive
- Allowed modifications — whether cropping or color changes are allowed, no AI edits, etc.
- Prohibited industries — fields where use is not allowed, such as gambling, adult, politics, medical, investment, and alcohol
- Pricing type — fixed price / sales royalty / fixed price + sales royalty
Place an order
When you choose a right and options and order, the terms at that moment become the contract. For 'rights handled by negotiation' on a listing (sales-royalty rights or rights marked as price negotiable), instead of ordering right away you send a negotiation offer proposing the period, amount, royalty rate, and payment day, and settle them back and forth with the seller. Other terms can't be changed through an offer. Whichever side accepts the other's offer, an order is created on those terms. After sending an offer, you can edit or cancel it until the other side responds. You can decline an offer you receive, and either way the negotiation ends then. If the other side doesn't respond within 7 days of an offer, the negotiation expires.
