Additional agreements (special terms)

How to record terms that apply only to this buyer on the certificate.

What are additional agreements?

This is where you write anything agreed only with this buyer, beyond the terms set on the listing (period, region, exclusivity, etc.). It appears on the certificate as "Additional agreements (special terms)" and becomes part of the contract. You can write up to 2,000 characters. The field name may look different depending on the right, such as "Confirmed appearance terms," but it's the same field.

Writing tips

  • Be specific about what is allowed — state which material (links, quantity) is used where (platform, placement).
  • Prior review — if something needs to be checked before posting, write down that process.
  • Prohibitions — block unwanted edits, re-uploads, and resale in advance.
  • Time-bound terms — write promises with a timeline, such as stock handling after expiry or how long posts stay up, with dates.
