Managing applicants

How to approve or decline applications, close recruiting, and confirm missions.

Received applications

In My page → My sponsorships → [Received applications], handle applications for all your sponsorships in one place. You can do the same from the applicant list in the sponsorship details.

• Pending approval — applications you need to decide on (Confirm after approval sponsorships)
• Mission review — applications where the influencer submitted the mission and is waiting for your confirmation
• In progress — confirmed applications waiting for the visit or mission
• Done — applications that were completed, declined, cancelled, or auto-cancelled

Each applicant row shows their channel, subscriber/follower count, message, and planned visit date. If they've completed a mission on your sponsorships before, you'll also see "This sponsorship N times · Your sponsorships N times".

Approve and decline

• Approving confirms the applicant right away and notifies them. Approvals can't be undone.
• When declining, a reason is required. The applicant sees the reason as written.
• Declined applicants can't apply to the same sponsorship again.

Applications cancelled automatically

• Applications not approved by the planned visit date are cancelled automatically the next day.
• Editing the sponsorship cancels all pending applications.
• Tapping [Close recruiting] declines all pending applications ("Recruiting has closed."). Confirmed applications stay as they are.

Closing and reopening recruiting

Once you have enough, tap [Close recruiting] in the sponsorship details. Closed sponsorships leave the list and don't accept new applications. Tap [Reopen recruiting] to start recruiting again without review.

Confirming missions

1. 1When an influencer submits a mission, you're notified and it shows under the Mission review chip in [Received applications].
2. 2Open their review and content links and check that they posted as requested.
3. 3Tap [Confirm mission] to complete the mission and notify the influencer.
