How to negotiate details with the buyer in the order chat room.

Order chat room

Once the buyer's payment is confirmed, a deal chat room with the buyer opens automatically. No chat room opens for orders cancelled before payment. Negotiate details like scope of use, material delivery, and schedule here.

Saving the license draft

Keep what you've agreed in chat on the 'License draft' card at the top of the chat room. You can set the start date (from today up to 90 days ahead) and additional agreements, and once saved the buyer can see them right away. You can keep editing until issuance. Chat rooms for bundle orders, where several rights were paid for at once, don't have this card. In that case, enter the start date and additional agreements for each right in the order details and issue from there.

If you only agree verbally, you may remember things differently later. Update the license draft each time you agree on something, and it will go onto the certificate exactly as written.
