About Inflip
A marketplace for safely buying and selling usage rights to influencer and creator IP.
What is Inflip?
Inflip is a trading platform where influencers and creators list usage rights to their IP (name, face, content, and more) along with terms, and buyers pick the rights they need and receive them as a license. Payment is made by bank transfer, and every term is recorded on the license certificate.
Rights you can trade
- Name/brand usage rights — use a name or brand on products and in marketing
- Photo usage rights — use existing profile or shoot photos within the agreed scope. New shoots or production are agreed separately
- Video usage rights — use existing Reels, Shorts, or YouTube videos within the agreed scope. New shoots or production are agreed separately
- Voice usage rights — use existing voice recordings, have new voice content made and delivered, or allow the buyer's AI voice generation
- Co-branding — a joint campaign featuring both sides' brands. Includes use of names and logos within that scope
- Merchandise rights — make merchandise with the agreed elements to sell or hand out for free
- Appearance rights — take part once in an event, shoot, etc., either on site or online (video or voice appearance)
How a deal works
- 1The buyer picks the rights and terms they want from a listing and places an order.
- 2The buyer pays by bank transfer to the account shown, and an admin confirms the payment.
- 3The buyer and seller agree on details in chat, and the seller issues the license.
- 4The license certificate is delivered to the buyer right away and the deal is complete.
The terms at the time of the order (period, region, exclusivity, etc.) are locked in as a snapshot. Even if the seller later edits the listing, the contract that's already been made doesn't change.
