Paying by bank transfer

After ordering, transfer to the account shown and an admin will confirm it.

How to pay

Once you complete an order, you'll see the account, amount, and depositor name. Please transfer exactly the amount shown, under the depositor name shown.

Payment deadline

If payment isn't confirmed within 24 hours of ordering, the order is cancelled automatically. If it was cancelled because the deadline passed, please order again.

Paying for several rights at once

If you order several rights from one listing together, you get a single payment notice. Transfer the total once, and payment for all the rights ordered together is confirmed at the same time. A separate contract is created for each right, so license issuance, purchase confirmation, and refunds happen per right.

Additional payments

If the amount goes up through negotiation after payment is confirmed but before issuance, the seller can request an additional payment on the same order. When a request comes in, you'll see payment instructions in your notifications and the order details. Please pay the additional amount within 24 hours of the request. If the deadline passes, only the additional payment request expires and the order stays as is.

Payment confirmation

When an admin confirms your payment, the order changes to paid and we'll notify you. The seller can then go ahead with issuing the license.

If the sender's name differs from the depositor name, confirmation may take longer. If you plan to transfer under a different name, change it before paying with the Change button next to the depositor name in the payment instructions. If you've already transferred under a different name, please let the Help center know.

If you sent the wrong amount

If you sent too much: payment is confirmed for the order amount, and an admin returns the excess.
If you sent too little: payment isn't confirmed. We'll return what we received and the order is cancelled, so after getting it back, please order again with the exact amount. If an additional payment was short, we return only what we received and the additional payment request stays open.
For returns, let the Help center know which account to send it to. You can see the amount to be returned, the reason, and whether it's been sent in the order details and notifications.

If you paid after the deadline

If you paid after the order was cancelled for missing the deadline, please let the Help center know. If the right can still be bought on the same terms, an admin will restore the order and confirm the payment. If it can no longer be bought—for example, sales were paused or another buyer signed a fully exclusive contract in the meantime—we'll return the amount we received.
