Seller guide
Getting paid out
How payouts work after a license is issued.
Payout flow
- 1After the license is issued, the buyer checks the materials received and confirms the purchase. The buyer can file a dispute until the payout is sent, and the payout is paused during a dispute.
- 2Once the purchase is confirmed (or automatically confirmed after the deadline), the payout becomes pending.
- 3When an admin completes the payout, it’s deposited to your registered payout account.
Fees
You receive the sale amount minus the 10% platform fee. The fee rate is fixed at the time of the order, and later rate changes don't affect deals already made.
Register a payout account
Register your payout account in My page in advance. Without an account, payouts may be delayed.
View payout history
In My page > Payouts, you can see sale payouts and royalties together, split into scheduled, paid, deducted, and recovered. All amounts are the actual payout after fees. If an admin briefly pauses a payout to check something, it shows as on hold. Amounts reduced by royalty corrections are deducted from the next payout, and payouts you need to return after a refund are shown as amounts to return.
If a refund happens after payout — returning the payout
Even after you've been paid out, an admin may decide on a refund if a rights issue or contract breach is confirmed. In that case, you need to send back the refunded share of the payout (all of it for a full refund) to Inflip's account. The amount, reason, account, and deadline are shown in notifications and My page > Payouts. The deadline is 14 days from when you receive the notice, and the buyer is refunded once your payment is confirmed.
